BHER is partnering with Knockri to tackle one of Canada's most pressing workforce challenges: the human skills gap.
Employers highly value human skills. But they’re the hardest to teach in classrooms and to assess in real time. We know that students can develop these skills through hands-on experience and that AI-powered assessments can provide personalized feedback.
Through this new collaboration, students in select BHER-supported WIL programs will complete Knockri AI-powered human skills assessments as part of their WIL, to help build a workforce that's ready to contribute from day one.
