At the CEWIL Canada National Conference, BHER joined leaders from post-secondary institutions across the country, including many of our members, to share best practices for shaping the future of work-integrated learning (WIL). By supporting employers of all sizes in delivering high-quality opportunities, strengthening local and national WIL ecosystems, and scaling what works, we can make WIL part of Canada’s talent infrastructure.
The CEWIL conference also allowed BHER to hear more from partners on key priorities and themes, such as AI in WIL and increasing WIL opportunities for social sciences, humanities, and arts students.
BHER’s WIL delivery partners are helping to develop the skilled workforce needed to drive Canada’s productivity, economic growth, and major industrial investments. Together, we are building more resilient, demand-driven talent pipelines to meet the needs of today’s economy.
