FutureForge: Industry Connect

FutureForge: Industry Connect, hosted by BHER WIL partner Bow Valley College, brought together industry partners, faculty, and work-integrated learning (WIL) services for an afternoon focused on real solutions for business challenges.

Sarah White, Senior Partnerships Coordinator & Stakeholder Relations at BHER,  attended to hear more about the FutureForge model – a coordinated, multi-disciplinary WIL approach where multi-disciplinary student teams deliver integrated business solutions to help local SMEs explore opportunities and scale effectively. FutureFoge demonstrates a scalable, coordinated WIL model delivering cross-functional, business-ready outputs that align with increasing industry demands.

Bow Valley College, along with all of BHER’s WIL delivery partners across the country, are working to strengthen Canada’s national WIL infrastructure and build more resilient, demand-driven talent pipelines to meet the needs of today’s economy.
