The Urban Chambers of New Brunswick and the Atlantic Chamber of Commerce will bring together representatives from business, government, and post-secondary to address Atlantic Canada’s most urgent priority: developing, attracting, and retaining the talent needed for long-term population and economic growth.
The Talent for Growth Summit is presented in partnership with BHER member NBCC, the University of New Brunswick, and the Atlantic Economic Council. The program features sessions on talent development and workforce readiness; workforce pathways for the trades, health care, and defence sectors; and regional competitiveness for growth.
BHER’s CEO, Val Walker, will participate in a panel discussion focusing on building talent pipelines to meet Canada’s national priorities.
