NorQuest is scaling its Industry and Innovation curricular WIL model that transforms academic courses into “work-ready labs,” where students solve real employer-defined challenges using design thinking and applied problem-solving. Core employability skills, including communication, critical thinking, adaptability, and professionalism, are developed and tracked through NorQuest’s SOAR platform, with Knockri supporting skills assessments throughout the project lifecycle.
