Okanagan College is launching TalentOC, an AI-assisted employer engagement tool integrated into the College’s Careers Hub that provides employers with a centralized, self-service entry point to WIL opportunities and resources. The project aligns regional workforce needs with flexible WIL models and establishes a scalable employer engagement approach supported by standardized onboarding and performance data.
