Royal Roads University is establishing a coordinated experiential learning ecosystem at the John Horgan Campus with the University of Victoria, Camosun College, and the Justice Institute of BC to deliver structured curricular WIL pathways in the West Shore region. In partnership with the WestShore Chamber of Commerce, the project connects local employers to campus-based curricular WIL opportunities, supporting career readiness for students facing barriers to WIL participation.
