Wayble is leading a multi-institution consortium to deliver co-designed curricular and industry-paid WIL across Alberta and British Columbia. The project embeds Wayble’s Career Pathway Program into capstone, applied research, co-op, and internship experiences delivered with partner post-secondary institutions. The model integrates personalized learning plans, sector-aligned mentorship, employability training, and standardized employer practices, supporting scalable, employer-aligned WIL delivery.
