Work in Culture is embedding structured, credit-bearing WIL within UTSC’s Arts Management program to support undergraduate students pursuing careers in the for-profit creative industries. The project connects students with private-sector employers across publishing, film and television, music, and interactive media through industry-informed assignments, mentoring, site visits, applied research, and capstone presentations addressing real sector challenges.
