Katy Nedeljakova Research Coordinator
Katy Nedeljakova is a Research Coordinator at the Business + Higher Education Roundtable (BHER), where she supports projects related to work-integrated learning (WIL) in the areas of upskilling and reskilling, accessibility and inclusion, innovation and productivity, and beyond.
Katy has worked with non-profit organizations, governments, and academia to translate complex data into actionable insights. In her work at ECO Canada, she has led and supported a range of initiatives tied to education, upskilling, and the clean economy, including the design and delivery of innovative WIL experiences that prepare youth for Net Zero careers. In her work, Katy is passionate about the role of communities in shaping policy, especially when it comes to education and the environment.
She holds a Master of Arts in Environmental Policy from Memorial University of Newfoundland and a BSc in Plant Biology with a Certificate in Sustainability Studies from the University of Calgary.
