Melissa Feaver Senior Events and Convening Coordinator

Melissa Feaver is the Senior Events and Convening Coordinator at the Business + Higher Education Roundtable (BHER), where she brings energy and strategic focus to design and deliver dynamic, purpose-driven convenings that bring together leaders from business, post-secondary education, and government to tackle complex workforce challenges.

With a career spanning workforce development, program design, and stakeholder engagement, she has built her career across libraries, government, and national innovation initiatives, including the NL Workforce Innovation Centre and Canada’s Ocean Supercluster. Her work has focused on expanding access to learning, information, and opportunity- creating spaces where people connect, think boldly, and turn ideas into action- strengthening communities and supporting a meaningful, future-ready workforce.

She holds a Master of Library and Information Studies from Dalhousie University, a Bachelor of Arts (History and English Literature) from Memorial University, a Bachelor of Arts Honours (Psychology and Political Studies) from Trent University, and a Post-Graduate Certificate in Corporate Communications from Seneca College.
