The Canadian Agricultural Human Resource Council (CAHRC) is a national, non-profit organization focused on addressing human resource issues in agricultural businesses across Canada.
This partnership between BHER and CAHRC created an agriculture-focused business case competition for Canadian post-secondary students from all disciplines. It focused on attracting students from non-agriculture backgrounds as well as underrepresented groups in the industry such as women, newcomers, Indigenous students, and students with disabilities.
