Groupe InnovaNor is a not-for-profit unifying organization for the Learning Integration Centres of l'Université de Hearst, focused on using employer networking to inform the creation of WIL opportunities.
Working closely with the U Hearst, the Group InnovaNor team created a strategy for the recruitment of members, analyzed data, and developed digital promotional material.
Groupe InnovaNor engaged 150 employers and developed nearly 70 partnerships to support the expansion of WIL in Northeastern Ontario. As a result of this partnership, micro-certification for businesses will be developed to help enhance the supervisor’s role in the workplace.
