This partnership between BHER and Concordia University delivered three equity, diversity, and inclusion (EDI) focused program streams. The program is created 605 WIL opportunities in just over a year and supported inclusive placements for equity-deserving students, on-campus WIL placements, and strengthen opportunities for students to reflect upon and articulate the skills they gain during work experiences.
