McMaster is scaling curricular WIL through its Faculty of Science by embedding industry-informed science communication projects into two senior courses, building a dedicated talent pipeline for life sciences students into science communication roles. The project engages employers through needs assessments, ongoing feedback, and a culminating industry showcase to inform project design and deepen industry collaboration.
