ÉTS is delivering a structured employer engagement initiative to expand paid internship capacity among Québec SMEs and support growing demand from engineering programs. Through labour market analysis, targeted outreach, and new institutional tools, the project increases placement capacity and diversifies internship hosts, reducing reliance on large employers while supporting a more resilient, province-wide pipeline of job-ready engineering talent.
