Joining BHER as Director of Finance, Cindy brings over 20 years experience in the not-for-profit charitable sector. Cindy's previous roles include Director of Finance at Sunnybrook Foundation and CIFAR.  In her latest role at SickKids Foundation, Cindy's team was responsible for the financial statements, external audit, and day to day operational accounting.  Cindy's responsibilities include operational accounting, budgeting, forecasting, cash flow, and reporting to senior management on the finances of the organization.
