As the Program Coordinator for BHER, Karen is responsible for managing, tracking, and communicating project timelines, milestones, and risks for programs related to skills, talent, and innovation in Canada. She works with internal and external partners to ensure successful program execution.

Before joining BHER, Karen spent five years as an administrative coordinator with Sunnybrook Medical Services Alternative Funding Plan Association providing support to the board of directors, executive director, physicians and stakeholders. 

Karen holds an Environment and Business degree with a diploma in Environmental Impact Assessments from the University of Waterloo. She has experience in conservation, environmental education, event coordination and grant management.
