Intégré au travail (AIT)

L’apprentissage intégré au travail (AIT) prépare la prochaine génération de travailleurs en misant sur des expériences pratiques et le développement des compétences. Avec l’AIT, les employeurs ont accès à des idées novatrices et à un nouveau bassin de talents. L’AIT rend la main-d’œuvre plus productive, inclusive et prête à travailler. La TRAES veut que chaque étudiant de niveau postsecondaire au Canada ait une occasion d’AIT au cours de ses études.
